Christian Havens made his dreams come true when he founded Havens Law, PLLC, after working at a litigation firm in Dallas, Texas for several years where he quickly was tasked to lead the Civil Litigation Department. Christian’s goal for Havens Law is to use his extensive experience litigating hundreds of cases in Dallas-Fort Worth and surrounding areas to create a client-centered law firm where its clients’ interests are the first and only priority.

Christian focuses his practice primarily on civil litigation, business litigation, and personal injury matters. He has litigated hundreds of cases in both Texas state courts and Federal courts. While doing so, Christian has taken multiple cases to trial and has not lost a single case in front of a jury – a feat very few lawyers have accomplished.

As a Dallas-Fort Worth native, Christian is a dedicated advocate for his clients and broader community. His professional and personal philosophy centers around using his expertise and practical skills to make a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients and community.

Christian completed law school at Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in 2020. Prior to law school, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Texas at Arlington with a degree in Political Science.

In his free time, Christian enjoys traveling, volunteering at local nonprofits, trying out new restaurants, reading, maximizing quality time spent with his family and pets, and cheering on the greatest franchise in the history of sports – the Dallas Mavericks.
